Background

The complexity of the human mind has always fascinated me.  It led me to pursue my education in Psychology as an undergrad and obtain my Masters in Counseling in order to learn how to connect and support people in their lives.

Through my 18+ years of training and practice, I have extensive experience working with people with various socioeconomic, cultural and diverse backgrounds with a focus  on Client-Centered, Existential, Mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy.

I have also worked in a variety of settings, including school settings, community mental health services, and private practice.

I truly believe that if you are willing to put effort in learning about yourself and facing your challenges, there will be some way to improve your life and relationships.

When I am not working, I enjoy fishing, basketball, cooking and spending time with my family
